Upgrade your SP with ITA version of laminated SP screen kit from Funnyplaying. It provides the traditional look of AGS-101 display with improved colors and brighter backlight.

The pack includes the LCD panel (with laminated screen lens), the driver ribbon cable, and adhesive foam pad

Once installed you can enjoy fantastic picture clarity with no screen tearing.

This model will install into original OEM shells without cutting or modifying the shell, or you can install it into a new funnyplaying GBA SP shell which works with this screen.

Other items needed which are not included: Basic screwdriver tools to fit the screen, soldering iron and solder, non of these items are included.

If you intend to install this kit, it is crucial to exercise patience and approach the installation process with care. While novices may be able to complete the installation, the intricacies of working on a Game Boy can be challenging, and you may encounter difficulties. Please note that the LCD screen and ribbon cable are fragile components that require careful installation. Mishandling the ribbon cable during installation can result in it being easily torn. Additionally, once installed, the LCD screen becomes more susceptible to damage if the console is dropped or subjected to an impact. It is crucial to understand that our warranty does not cover any damage caused by the user or accidental incidents. Replacement parts will be available for separate purchase in the near future.
